This experiential sitework extends across the plaza from the street (public) to the building entrance (police), to suggest the continuing mutual efforts by all to build-up a strong sense of community through dialogue.
Constructed of cast-in-concrete inscriptions, 3form resin panels with waterjet-cut inscriptions, aluminum framing components and landscaping TBD.
