On the site of a former AF base, a series of aerodynamic pylons are inscribed with words that represent the mission of LCA, to change the lives of young men and women who are adrift in society.
Constructed of powder-coated aluminum forms with inscriptions waterjet cut-out; sandblasted concrete sidewalk and foundation.
